About the Villa
Our villa is located in Söğüt, Marmaris, approximately 1.5 km from the sea. Set on a private 700 m² plot, this detached duplex villa features a 3.5 × 9-metre swimming pool and beautiful views of the sea and surrounding nature.
With three bedrooms, the villa is ideal for large families. Each bedroom has a television, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower and WC. Two bedrooms feature double beds, while the third has two single beds. An extra bed and a baby cot can also be provided when required.
The entrance floor features a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room includes two three-seater sofas, one armchair, a dining table for six guests and a fireplace. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.
The veranda features a dining table for eight guests, a hanging swing, a barbecue area, an outdoor seating set for eight and a hammock. Six sun loungers and a parasol are available beside the swimming pool.
For added convenience, the villa is equipped with a fully automatic generator in case of power cuts, as well as a water tank and pressure-boosting system in case of water supply interruptions.
