About the Villa

Located in Değirmenyanı, one of Marmaris’s most beautiful natural areas, our villa accommodates up to eight guests with four bedrooms and spacious living areas. It offers a comfortable holiday experience for large families and groups of friends.

Surrounded by nature and away from the crowds, the villa provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Its modern architecture, bright interiors and stylish design make it an ideal choice for an unforgettable holiday.

Designed with guest comfort in mind, the villa features a six-person sauna, a four-person hot tub and an additional Jacuzzi section within the swimming pool. The spacious garden and private pool provide the perfect setting to relax throughout the day while enjoying the beautiful nature of Marmaris.

Living Room

The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area, television, air conditioning, coffee table and complimentary Wi-Fi. Large windows allow plenty of natural light into the room and provide direct access to the garden and swimming pool.

Kitchen

The villa has a fully equipped, modern open-plan kitchen. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, professional commercial-grade coffee machine, kettle, tableware and all the necessary equipment for preparing meals.

All major kitchen appliances are state-of-the-art Franke products. The kitchen also features a dining table for four guests. A separate guest WC is located on the entrance floor, next to the staircase.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms feature air conditioning, a wardrobe and a private en-suite bathroom. Hand soap, towels and toilet paper are provided in each bathroom for guests’ convenience.

Bedroom 1 – Master Suite (Third Floor)

This bedroom features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe and a small balcony. The en-suite bathroom also includes a traditional Turkish-style washbasin known as a kurna.

Bedroom 2 – Second Floor

This bedroom features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table and access to the balcony.

Bedroom 3 – Second Floor

This bedroom features two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 4

This bedroom features two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

Garden and Swimming Pool

The private garden features a dining table and chairs for six guests, four sun loungers, a swing, an outdoor seating area and an al fresco dining space. Surrounded by nature, it is an ideal place to spend quality time with family and friends.

The private swimming pool measures 7 × 5 metres and covers an area of 35 m². It includes a Jacuzzi section where adults can relax, as well as a separate children’s pool where younger guests can play safely. This creates a comfortable and enjoyable holiday environment for both adults and children.
